Tim & Berry is a new ice cream and kulfi brand of AGU Foods (OPC) Private Limited company that aims to provide exquisite frozen treats that invoke nostalgia and satisfy taste buds. With a focus on quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a touch of tradition, Tim & Berry aspires to be the go-to choice for consumers looking for refreshing frozen sweets that provide joy with each taste.

We are looking to partner with distributors based on their services. We are open to both lifetime and yearly models, and the terms will be renewable. Initially, we are majorly looking in Delhi/NCR and all its neighboring cities and also in Mumbai regions.

Requirements to Become Distributors

To ensure the safety of the products, the distributors should have a storage space of a minimum 250 sq. ft.

We prefer to associate with financially strong distributors who can invest 1-2 lakh rupees.

The company prefers experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable distribution professionals

• Volume-Based Discounts: Distributors receive discounts or refunds based on the volume of products they purchase. (Buying in higher quantities improves sales.)

• Exclusive Territories: By providing exclusive distribution rights to specific territories or regions, we encourage distributors to focus on promoting our products in particular areas without competing with other distributors.

• Marketing Support: We will provide marketing materials such as posters, banners, signage, and promotional items imprinted with our emblem and product information. We can also offer assistance with local advertising campaigns or grant co-op funds to help cover marketing costs.

• Training and Support: We will hold training sessions or workshops to educate distributors on our products, flavors, and sales strategies. We will offer ongoing support and guidance to assist them in efficiently marketing and selling our products.

• Extended Payment Terms: According to our agreements, we will offer extended payment terms to distributors, giving them additional time to pay for their orders. This can help you resolve cash flow challenges and strengthen your relationships with us.

• Responsive customer service, product training, and merchandising support, as well as incentive programs, will be provided.
